This Offload Team Leader at the Memphis Hub loves his 9 to 5 job. That's 9PM to 5AM! The hub receives about 190 flights per night, and Jeff Gross and his team of fifteen unload and reload the wide body jets all night- even in the hot, cold, snow and rain.
